The NAFHC has the mandate to provide or facilitate the provision of low cost housing for NAF Personnel and the general public. The NAFHC designs and constructs functional and affordable housing sites across the country.

NAFHC also facilitates acquisition of houses from agencies or property developers that offer such houses for sale.
