Air Vice Marshal Walter Amaechi Ogujiofor (NAF 1061) was born on 12 December 1958 at Okigwe, Okigwe LGA in Imo State. His early education was in Imo and Abia States culminating into obtaining GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels. He passed out from the Nigerian Defence Academy [NDA] in 1976 as a member of SS-12 and obtained his wing as NAF Pilot in1979.He obtained further training and degree qualifications on both flying and academic courses within and outside Nigeria.

He earned the Commercial Pilot’s License [CPL] and Airline Transport Pilot’s License [ATPL] at UK and USA in 1988/1994 respectively. Furthermore, he attained the symbol of psc from Armed Forces Command & Staff College Jaji in 1995, Master of Business Administration MBA (mgt) from Imo State University in the year 2001; Fellow of National War College fwc from the National War College and Msc from the University of Ibadan in 2005. He was elected Fellow of the Certified Institute of Management (fcim) of Nigeria in 2007.  

AVM Ogujiofor has served in many NAF Units as operations pilot and flown 3 different operational aircraft types including the Presidential Falcon 900 of the Presidential Air Fleet Abuja. Aside of flying, he has also served in staff and command capacities such as: Commanding Officer of Primary Flying Training Wing, Kaduna;  Deputy Director of Air System at the Defence HQ; Command Evaluation Officer (CEO) at HQ TC; Commander at 305 Flying Training School Enugu, NAF Base Makurdi and NAF Base Ikeja respectively; He was the Director of Research, Chief of Defence Communication at the Defence Headquarters and recently the College Secretary at National Defence College.

Air CommodoreUmar Mohammed joined the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) as potential pilot cadet and was commissioned in 1981. The senior officer graduated from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Training Centre, Zaria as an aircraft engineer and was type-rated on different aircraft types in the NAF. He further attended the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji. The senior officer obtained M.Sc in Strategic Studies at the University of Ibadan.

Some appointments he held include; Flight Commander at various times on Bulldog Flights, DO 128-6 and DO 228 aircraft, Engineering Control Officer, Commanding Officer Flight Line, Commanding Officer Aerospace Ground Equipment, Senior and Acting Instructor Nigerian Defence Academy and Commanding Officer NAF Base Abuja. He was also Commander NAF Technical Assistant Group Reps at Force Eanien du Benin Republic, Cotonou and at one time, the Deputy Director Test and Evaluation (DD T&E) Defence Headquarters before becoming the present GM IBD of NAF Foundation.

Air Commodore Salisu Bello Musa is a qualified Architect with many years in field experience. He had served in all the Commands of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) as a Staff Officer in charge of works matters. He also commanded a number of works squadrons in addition to his immense contribution in the newly completed Nigerian Defence Academy permanent site, when he was the Academy Architect. The Senior Officer had also served at the Headquarters NAF first as a Staff Officer 1 and later Deputy Director of Works before his present appointment as the General Manager Properties and Real Estate.

Musa has vast experience in Design, Project Management and Administration as he was involved in numerous construction projects spread across virtually all the NAF formations and units. He is a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and Kaduna Polytechnic.

His hobbies include Travelling, Watching nature, Real Estate Development and Sports.

Flight Lieutenant Ufuoma Ekuerhare is a graduate of Law from Delta State University, Oleh Campus, Delta State, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2005. She has a Masters Degree in Law and Diplomacy from Delta State University, Oleh Campus.

She served with the Nigerian Air force Headquarters Abuja as Staff officer before being deployed to the Nigerian Air Force Foundation in April 2010 as Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.

Flight lieutenant Ekuerhare has a vast experience in various branches of law and has attended many courses, workshops and seminars.
