The Foundation presently provides the following services:

Provision of functional, decent and affordable accommodation. In this regard, the Foundation is engaged in the development of a residential estate in Kaduna comprising 45 housing unit.

Provision of small loans, through its micro-credit finance scheme, to interested serving personnel to take care of their immediate financial needs. The interest rate on the loan is 12% of amount.

Service to the Public

The NAF Foundation has the mandate to provide or facilitate the provision of low cost housing for NAF Personnels and the general public. The Foundation designs and constructs functional and affordable housing sites across the country. The houses are offered on cash and carry or mortgage loans.

The Foundation also facilitates acquisition of houses from agencies or property developers that offer such houses for sale.
